This spectacular Ford was designed by Eugène Bob Grégoire and Edsel, son of Henry Ford. Here, we have the first version of this unique sports car, based on a 1934 Ford 40 Special and owned by Edsel himself. The car received only one row of air vents and a specific front grille. This Minichamps model car, made of resin, is limited to 999 units.

Based on a 1934 Ford 40 Special, this unique sports car, then owned by Edsel himself, received a wider front grille in 1940, reproduced here. After changing hands several times, the car was restored in 2011. This Minichamps in numbered edition (999 units) is made of resin.

The brand created by the Ford Group in 1958 disappeared as soon as 1959. The tormented-styled front grille of the models has often been considered responsible for the failure. But the poor production quality due to the lack of a dedicated plant (most Edsels were assembled by Mercury) is another explanation. Here we have a 1958 hardtop coupe Citation. 2,535 units were produced that year.
