Based on the 2015 570 S (replaced in 2021 by the Artura), the 600 LT (LT stands for “long tail”) is the highest performance version of this model, more efficient, lighter and more powerful. Its name indicates that the 3.8-liter twin-turbo McLaren V8 is boosted from 570 to 600 hp. On this model car in 1:18 scale, the dihedral doors can open and the exterior mirrors are to be installed.

Aesthetically, the P1 looks rather similar to the 650/675, but is technically different, since it receives a hybrid mechanism, made to increase power to 916 hp while reducing CO2 emissions by nearly 30%. The price of this P1 (here in matte red), limited to 375 units and produced from 2013 to 2016, was five to six times more expensive than the rest of the range.

Like Lamborghinis, the figures of the names of McLarens correspond to the power of their engines. Here, a twin-turbo 3.8-litre V8 of 570 hp. The 570 S was the first to be unveiled in March 2015, followed by a “standard” 540 hp variant. Then, the 570 GT berlinetta was introduced in February 2016. Its chassis, compared to the 570 S, is more adapted to the road than to the track.

As with Lamborghini, the figures that McLaren uses for the names of its cars correspond to the power of the engine. Here, a 3.8-litre twinturbo V8 delivering 675 hp. Launched in early 2015, the 675 LT is distinguished from the 650 S, which was launched a year earlier, by its power, its reduced weight but also its redesigned rear part, LT meaning "long tail". Here we have the Spider.

Long after its first production car, McLaren got back to business in late 2011 with the MP4-12C. This berlinetta is almost reasonable in price, close to that of a Ferrari 458 Italia, while the 1990 F1 was an awfully expensive supercar. Its 3.8-litre V8, designed in-house, develops 600 hp! This Solido diecast model is less detailed than the Minichamps version.
