Porsche 356 Speedster 1954 (Norev) 1:18

Porsche 356 Speedster 1954 red (Norev) 1:18

Ferdinand Porsche designed the VW Beetle. Then he created his own brand under his name, imagining a sports car based on the Beetle. That is how the 356 was launched in 1948. This first-generation Speedster version is a 1954 model year that still receives a single rear vent grille. But its windshield is smaller than the convertible variant’s.

Porsche 911 SC green (Solido) 1:18

Introduced in September 1963, the 911 celebrates its 14th birthday, in 1977, when Porsche renames it 911 SC and equips it with a more powerful engine: the original 165 hp 2.7-litre flat-6 is replaced by a 180 hp 3-litre. In fact, at this time, Porsche even plans to stop the production of the 911 in favor of other models, such as 924 or 928. History decided otherwise!

Porsche 911 GT3 2017 green (Minichamps) 1:18

The GT3 version of this 911 type 991, initially launched at the end of 2011, was released in March 2013. Compared to its predecessor, this model receives a direct injection engine, a PDK double-clutch gearbox, a high-traction rear-wheel drive system and offers 40 hp more than before (475 hp). Porsche relaunched the GT3 reproduced here, offering 500 hp this time, in spring 2017.

The 911 Type 964 was released in 1989, with larger and more rounded bumpers. This first Turbo variant was launched in 1990 with a 320 hp 3.3-litre. But as evidenced by the monogram on the back of this Minichamps model car, here we have the updated version, equipped with a 360 hp 3.6-litre, unveiled at the 1992 Paris Motor Show. It was the last generation of rear-wheel drive 911 Turbo.

The famous 911 has been updated many times since its first generation, in 1963. If its architecture, with the rear-mounted flat-6, has never been questioned, there is no similitude between the 992 reproduced here, unveiled in early 2019, and the original model. This fierce rear wheel-drive GT3, launched in early 2021, delivers 510 hp.

Produced from 1993 to 1998, the 993, which succeeded the 964, was the last 911 equipped with air-cooled engines. Its successor, the 996, received water-cooled engines. The 993 differs from the 964 by more powerful engines, obviously, but also by its inclined headlights that were better integrated into the redesigned fenders.

Porsche 911 GT3 RS 991.2 yellow (Minichamps) 1:18

Traditionally, the GT3 RS is released near the end of the development of a new 911 range, before its facelift. The 991 Series, launched at the end of 2011 and restyled at the end of 2015, received a high-performance variant at the 2015 Geneva Motor Show. Recognizable by its huge spoiler, this 4-litre rear-wheel drive initially developed 500 hp, then 520 hp in 2018 (reproduced here).

Released in late 2011 and restyled four years later, the 991 series waited until autumn 2017 to offer a GT2 RS variant. It was the final update before the launch of the 992 series, at the end of 2018. This very radical rear-wheel drive 911 increases its power from 620 to 700 hp, compared to the previous generation, and offers a four wheel steering system.
