Stout Scarab 1935 (NEO) 1:43

This futuristic machine was made by William B. Stout. Its spectacular monobox design, considered rather ugly at the time, made it a cult model of car history. A first prototype in 1932 was followed in 1935 by this more accomplished version, but with a steel bodyshell, instead of aluminum. A Ford V8 is installed at the rear. This model was far too expensive: only 9 units were manufactured.
