Contrary to what its name suggests, Ward LaFrance is an American brand. Founded in 1916 by Addison Ward LaFrance, this company, defunct in 1979, started to build this military 6-wheel drive tow truck from 1940. The 8.2-litre gasoline 6-cylinder delivers 128 hp. This diecast tow truck version, which really existed, is limited to 200 pieces.
