Description
When Porsche releases the S version in 1966, the 911 is three years old. This new trim level is distinguished by the design of its rims, now famous, as well as its more powerful engine. In 1969, the 2-litre becomes a 2.2-litre, then a 2.4-litre at the end of 1971, a version recognizable by the apron under the front bumper. This targa variant with a removable roof was launched in 1966.
