Description
Designed as a small station wagon with its vertical rear part and its hatchback, the “R4” was presented in July 1961. Easily recognizable with its wide lateral protection strips, the GTL trim level was launched in 1978. This model also received a larger and more modern engine than the other Renault 4s. This Gendarmerie version was very common at the time.
