1. The catalog
Product availability is mentioned on each product sheet of MINICARWEB.
If, subsequently to your order, a product becomes unavailable, MINICARWEB will send you an e-mail offering you three alternatives:
-either to wait for the possible replenishment of the product
-or to take advantage of a coupon corresponding to the price of the product
-or to be refunded of the price of the product.
2. The orders
The orders that you make on the website MINICARWEB can only be done online, when you fill the cart in, and you validate it.
No order addressed to MINICARWEB by postal mail or fax will be taken into account.
To order on MINICARWEB, please create your Account. The access to your Account is only possible if you identify yourself with the e-mail address you indicated when creating your Account, as well as your personal secret code that you will have chosen.
Once your order is made and validated, MINICARWEB will acknowledge receipt and will send you a confirmation message, which will include a summary of your order. A second mail will inform you that you order is being prepared, and a third one that your package was shipped out.
MINICARWEB reserves the right not to validate your order for any legitimate motive, in particular:
-if your order is not in accordance with the present general terms and conditions
-if a payment issue concerning a previous order is still being handled.
3. Terms of payment
You can pay your order on MINICARWEB with the following credit cards : VISA, MASTERCARD.
4. Withdrawal
According to the article L.121-20 of the French Code of Consumption, you have a right of renonciation during a period of seven working days, after the date of delivery of your order. You may then return any product that does not correspond to what you expected, using the original packaging, and in the same condition than when you received it. The product must be ready to be commercialized again. You may then ask for exchange or reimbursement, without any fee, except for shipping the product back.
No product may be returned without our prior agreement. Please do not forget to mention the reference of your order and your complete address.
Note that MINICARWEB is an online store that sells miniature cars. Our team does its best to carefully wrap our products, which are all checked before being sent (good condition of boxes and miniature cars). MINICARWEB cannot be held responsible for the alteration of the box. Please check the state of the products inside the package when you receive it. In case the product is damaged, you can take proceedings against the delivery company.
5. Price of the products
MINICARWEB retains the right to modify the price of its products at any time. Only a cart which has been validated will guarantee the prices that were mentioned at the beginning.
