1. Transportation of your packages
Packages are generally shipped within 24 hours after payment.
Minicarweb delivers in the countries mentioned in section shipping cost, below.
Packages are being sent from France by post, via Colissimo. The delivery company can change at any time depending on MINICARWEB’s decision.
The products are delivered to the shipping address that you provided during the ordering process. If case of an incomplete or misspelled address, which would justify the return of the package, the fees of return to sender are at your expense, as well as the fees of the second shipping.
2. Shipping cost

May we suggest that people living outside the European Union should create their own account on Minicarweb, so that they will be able to see the retail price exclusive of French VAT.

Belgium:
Shipping cost is 10.9 € for any order inferior to 200 €, or 7 € if the order reaches or exceeds 200 €.
Germany, Luxemburg and Netherlands:
Shipping cost is 11,9 € for any order inferior to 200 €, or 7,5 € if the order reaches or exceeds 200 €.
Italy, Liechtenstein, Portugal and Spain:
Shipping cost is 14,9 € for any order inferior to 200 €, or 9,5 € if the order reaches or exceeds 200 €.
Austria, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Grece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, , Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia and Sweden:
Shipping cost is 16,9 € for any order inferior to 200 €, or 9,9 € if the order reaches or exceeds 200 €.
For Croatia:Shipping cost is 16,9 € for any order.

Shipping cost is 15.9 € for any order inferior to 200 €, or 10 € if the order reaches or exceeds 200 €.

For Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Iceland, Macedonia, Moldova, Montenegro, Norway, Russia, Serbia, Turkey, and Ukraine:
Shipping cost is 29,9 € for any order.

3. Withdrawals
According to the article L.121-20 of the French Code of Consumption, you have a right of renonciation during a period of fourteen working days, after the date of delivery of your order. You may then return any product that does not correspond to what you expected, using the original packaging, and in the same condition than when you received it. The product must be ready to be commercialized again. You may then ask for exchange or reimbursement, without any fee, except for shipping the product back.
No product may be returned without our prior agreement. Please do not forget to mention the reference of your order and your complete address.
Note that MINICARWEB is an online store that sells miniature cars. Our team does its best to carefully wrap our products, which are all checked before being sent (good state of boxes and miniature cars). MINICARWEB cannot be held responsible for the alteration of the box. Please check the state of the products inside the package when you receive it. In case the product is damaged, you can take proceedings against the delivery company.
