Description
The Mercedes Typ 290 (whose code name was W18) was produced from 1933 to 1937. As its name suggests, it receives a 2.9-litre 6-cylinder block. The power is still modest at this time: 60 hp until 1935, then 68 hp, a figure that concerns this “A” convertible dated 1936, here with its roof closed. NEO had also reproduced a roadster on the same basis.
