This German company was founded in 1864. Magirus started to manufacture buses and trucks from 1910 onwards. It merged with Deutz in 1936. Bought by Fiat in 1974, it joined Iveco in 1975. From 1980, the name Iveco was the only one retained. This 1986 DLK 23/12, used by the city of Frankfurt, is based on a model that began its career in 1980.
