Le célèbre Citroën Type H a été produit de 1948 à 1981. Tout au long de sa carrière ail a connu de nombreuses transformations. Celle-ci, réalisée en 1970, est due à la société Filca-France basée à Champagne-sur-Oise, habituée aux préparations d’ambulances. Il s’agit d’un H dont l’arrière arrière peut s’extraire de la partie avant pour allonger l’intérieur et service d’hôpital de campagne.

Founded in 1916 by Addison Ward LaFrance, this company, defunct in 1979, started to build this military 6-wheel drive tow truck from 1940. The 8.2-litre gasoline 6-cylinder delivers 128 hp. This diecast tow truck version, which really existed, is limited to 200 pieces.
