After the Tipo A (4 units produced, none of which still exists), the Tipo B, developed with Enzo Ferrari, was released on June 5, 1932, at the Monza Grand Prix. A straight-eight engine replaced the 6-cylinder. Driven by Tazio Nuvolari and Rudolf Caracciola, the car dominated the season. In 1934, to improve its performance, one of the models received this impressive “Aerodinamica” body.
