Sir Charles Dennistoun Burney, who had already developed an airship, got interested in the automobile in 1927, when he was 29 years old only. It designed an aerodynamic body with streamlined headlights, independent front and rear suspension and a rear-mounted Beverley engine. He only builds one car in 1930, and then he sells the license to Crossley in 1933, which makes 25 units.
