Description
The third-generation Escort was unveiled in October 1980. People appreciated the “semi-fastback” profile of this front-wheel drive (the previous models were rear-wheel drives). The range included a 3-and 5-door sedan, a 3-door station wagon, and a convertible. Here we have a right-hand drive 3-door 1.6 Escort, in Ghia trim. Vitesse also reproduced the British Escort MK3, in bronze and blue.
