Hanomag, bought in 2002 by the Japanese company Komatsu, is known for its trucks and construction machinery. The German label built automobiles for a while. That period started in 1924 with the Kommissbrot (a nickname due to its resemblance with army bread rolls), one of the first cars with fenders integrated into the body. This model weighed 370 kg/815 lbs and was 2.78 m/109 in-long.
