Description
The Stock Market crash of 1929 devastated the American car production, but it did not discourage Packard, which never ceased to manufacture opulent cars. IXO calls this 1938 cabriolet Victoria, without specifying the type of engine. It is probably a Twelve version, with a V12 engine so, which came in support of the 8-cylinder Packard Eight.
