Description
The success of the 205, released in 1983, is due to its pleasant design and to the rapid development of the range, sometimes with very exciting versions. This is the case of the 1.6-litre GTI (105 hp) launched in 1984. This engine, later supported by a 1.9-litre, was increased to 115 hp from spring 1986. This 115 hp 205 has “crystal” turn signals, offered on the range from summer 1990.

This model reproduced by Whitebox is sometimes packaged in a different box (“Generation GTI”), to lower its price. This box remains made of Plexiglas and the die cast model is exactly the same, whether it is a Generation GTI or a Whitebox.
