Description
Before the 964 Series in 1989, characterized by its big bumpers, the 911 receives a last major technical update in 1983, with a new 3.2-litre flat 6-cylinder delivering 231 hp that succeeds the 204 hp 3-litre. This engine was based on the 3.3-litre of the Turbo version. This generation revives the Carrera name, previously replaced by “SC”.
