At the time, it was the successor to the Amazon and and was also a variant of the pick-ups of Chevrolet’s American range. It was 5.16 m/227 in.-long and equipped with a 4.3-litre 6-cylinder 144 hp SAE. The Veraneio took this name nearly 5 years after its release, and began its career as the C1416.
