Introduced in summer 1965, the Renault 10 is the upmarket version of the R8 launched in 1962. Both are rear-wheel drives and have the same wheelbase, but the latter has longer overhangs increasing the overall length from 4 m/157 in to 4.20 m/165 in. The R10 borrows its 1.1-litre from the R8 Major. This French driving school version was made before fall 1967, still with round headlights.
